Become a Sponsor for the Sweetheart Showdown!

The Queen Creek FFA Alumni and Supporters will be hosting the 5th Annual Sweetheart Showdown February 13-15, 2026. This is a livestock show held at the John Volken Academy in Gilbert, AZ. 

The show provides 4-H and FFA youth the opportunity to show their project animal(s). Livestock species shown include goats, lambs, swine and cattle. There are breeding and feeder/prospect/market classes for each species. For many youth, this is the only show that they are able to participate in prior to their county fair which gives them an opportunity to practice and learn from others in an actual show environment. The show is designed to help youth learn the basics of fitting and showing an animal.  

Following are the ways in which you can support the Sweetheart Showdown:  

1. Cash donation in any amount is greatly appreciated. 

2. Donation of goods, supplies or time. This may include providing continental breakfast or lunches for the volunteers and judges or water bottles.

3. If you are interested in volunteering there are various jobs where assistance is needed.
